Akshay Kumar - The Khiladi of Hindi Film Industry is belong from Army Family. His Father was an Army Man. He had no Connection with Film Industry.

Akshay Kumar Family :

Akshay Kumar was born on 9th September 1967 in Amritsar Punjab. His Real Name is Rajiv Hari Om Bhatia. His Father Hari Om Bhatia was a Military Officer. Akshay Live and Grow up in Chandni Chawk, Delhi. In 1987 Akshay was first time appeared in a Uncredited role in Aaj directed by Mahesh Bhatt. It was a Martial Art Instructor. In the same year he did Dancer and got poor reviews.

Abbas Mastan Directed Khiladi is the First Film where Audiences noticed him and He became a Hero. After Khiladi he did many Action drama like Mr. Bond, Waqt Humara Hai, Mohra, Sainik, Ye Dillagi, Sihaag, Elaan etc.

Akshay Kumar Family Members :

Father : Hari Om Bhatia - Akshay was very close to his Father. Hari Om Bhatia was a Military Man. He also joined UNICEF as an Accountant.

Akshay's father was transferred to Mumbai when he was just Three Years old. One day Hari Om Bhatia went to Don Bosco to admit Akshay in the School. Akshay did a Good Job which we now called it Swachha Bharat Abhijaan. He picked up a waste paper lying on the school's floor and threw it on the Dustbin. It impressed Father Gatty and Akshay got admission without Interview.

Akshay Father was a Wrestler before joining Army and he had more interest in Sports than Studies. His father always told him to do anything that he to wanted but he should be completed minimum education for his career.

Hari Om Bhatia, Akshay's father never forced him to study. Akshay wanted to go Bangkok for Karate, his Family did not stop him.

Akshay's father died of cancer. He was suffered by Prostate Cancer and Died in 2000.

Akshay was very close with his father and he respects his father also. He made a Production House by his Father Name - Hari Om Entertainment and a Shelter House for poor by his father name also - Hari Om Cancer Shelter.

Just for note : If there any police or army man who suffered from cancer and went to Mumbai for the treatment he will take shelter in Akshay Kumar's Hari Om Shelter Service. There the cancer patient will get an AC Room with Television and Food by paying just 400 RS / Day.

Mother : Aruna Bhatia - Akshay loved his Mother very much. Aruna Bhatia is a Housewife. Akshay always celebrate his Birthday with his Mother and Never missed the Day.

When Akki got the offer for the role of Lord Krishna in Oh My God movie, he told his mom and his mother His Mother suggest him to be a Vegetarian for the sake of the character. Akshay followed his mom's instruction till the movie end and now he became a Vegetarian.

Akshay loved his Mother very much. Aruna Bhatia is a Housewife. Akshay always celebrates his Birthday with his Mother and Never missed the Day.

Sister : Alka Bhatia - Akshay Kumar has an Elder Sister. She is not connected with Film Industry. She Married a Builder Surendra Hiranandani in 2012. It was the Second Marriage for Both Surendra and Aruna.

Surendra was 55 when he got married to Alka. He divorced his First wife Priti in 2011 and became closer to Alka. They both decided to marry and told their family.

Akshay and Twinkle both were very happy with this decision and they organized a very well decorated marriage ceremony.

The Marriage started from the Gurudwara. They organized a very well hosted party on that night. It was a great celebration for Akshay Kumar on his Sister Marriage.

Wife : Twinkle Khanna - There was a Rumors that Akshay had Relationship with many Bollywood Heroines like Ayesha Jhulka, Shilpa Shetty, Raveena Tandon. But the fact is Akshay fell in love with Twinkle Khanna in the Set of International Khiladi, They did Zulmi also. In an Interview Twinkle Said that She challenged Akshay if Mela was Flop She will Marry him. Mela became a Super Flop and in 17th January 2001, They got Married.

Twinkle Khanna made her debut in Barsaat with Bobby Deol in 1995. In next six years, she did many films with Shahrukh Khan, Amir Khan, Ajay Devgan, Akshay Kumar, Govinda, Sunny Deol and others.

She left her filmy career in 2001 and started her own Interior Design Business. She also wrote some books and the books got huge success.

Twinkle was a friend of Karan Johar and He had a crash on Twinkle Khanna. He first offers Twinkle Khanna for the Role of Tina in Kuchh Kuchh Hota Hai. But she did not want to do the film and the offer went to Rani Mukherjee.

Father in Law : Rajesh Khanna - Surprisngly The Action Hero Akshay Kumar is a Son In Law of Rajesh Khanna, The Most Romantic Hero in Bollywood. Rajesh Khanna was very happy when he listen about Twinkle Choice. Akshay and Rajesh Both had a Very Friendly Bonding.

Mother in Law : Dimple Kapadia - Akshay Kumar was lucky to get Dimple as his Mother in Law. Who can forget the Bobby Girl. She was Most Powerful Heroine in Bollywood. Akshay has very good bonding with Her also.

Sister in law : Rinki Khanna - Rinki Khanna did some Films as Heroine but she did not Well in acting as a Carrer.

Children - After Marriage Twinkle left Film Industry and Take Responsibilty for her Family. She became a Writer and Write some Great Best Sellers. Twinkle and Akshay both have a Son Arav Bhatia and Daughter Nitara Khanna Bhatia. Arav Bhatia was born in 15th September 2002 and Nitara was born in 25th September in 2012.

Akshay decided to tribute his Father in Law to attach his Surname Khanna in his Daugther Name. Twinkle gradually agreed with the proposal and that's the way how his Daughter is called Nitara KHANNA Bhatia.
